This video highlights a commercial exterior door has a 1" air leak on it.  Ultimate Door Seals products was installed on the door.  The customer was so amazed that UDS was able to seal a 1" gap that the customer stated "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU SEALED THAT 1" GAP; WOW, YOUR DOOR SEALS REALLY WORK,".   We used the HDCDS-300 system kit to seal the door and we sealed it tight with ease.  Our exterior door seal never affected the deadbolt and lockset, in turn we extending the life of this exterior door.

This is a 30 year old exterior hollow metal door with a door closer and alarm magnet.  Over the years the door has rack away from the frame causing higher utility bills.  We sealed this door with our HDCDS-300 series door kit and it did not effect the door closer, alarm magnet or the lockset.  The door closes just fine.  Extending the life of this exterior door.
